How long does it take for my print to arrive?

All prints are handled locally in Byron Bay. This ensures you get the best print before leaving the studio. It’s generally 5-days to print, sign & number (if limited edition) hand package & send it on its way. The world is a funny place for shipping right now. Once it leaves the studio it’s dependent on any disruption in the network & its final location in the world.

How long does the shipping part take?

Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world, the item you order and delays during busy periods. Please note you will receive tracking once your order has been shipped. Please email if your order is urgent. As a guideline, I ask that Australian customers should allow 5 to 7 business days, please be patient with extended delays with covid. International customers should allow 10 to 14 business days for all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

100%! I’d love to see my prints on walls over all the world.

Will I have to pay taxes & import duties

Charges of taxes inclusive in the price are only to Australian customers. International customers, you will not be charged these but you will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by your country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

Is my print safe during shipping?

We try our utmost best to secure all prints to prevent damage when shipping. From time to time it does happen when things are damaged. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package so that we can submit a claim to the courier company. Include photos of the damage to the packaging.

I live locally, can I come to meet you & pick it up?

100%! We are located in Byron Bay. If you want to drop by and collect your print, please do.
